Are the spas equipped with or offer a 24 hour circulation pump?
Yes. All Artesian Platinum Series and Gold Series Spas are standard equipped with a 24 hour circulation pump. While the Island Series is available with the circulation pump optional. Circulation pumps reduce energy consumption and never stop working, to keep your water sparkling clean 24 hours a day.

How are the spas insulated? Are they fully foamed?
Artesian Spas are fully foamed insulated. The full foam process costs more to manufacture, but saves the spa owner in electricals costs, for years to come. Full Foaming reduces the risk of leaks, as all plumbing is held securely, not allowing the pipes and fittings to move or loosen under pressure. Also, the overall spa structure is more solid and equipment sound level is reduced.

What is the Warranty and Service Guarentee?
Many lower quality spas, mass merchant and internet sold spas, offer only a 1 or 2 year warranty. All Artesian Diamond Class and Platinum Class Spas offer a 5 Year Parts and Labor Warranty, along with a Lifetime Shell Warranty. All service and repairs are performed by our in-house factory trained spa service techs. Our service trucks are parts warehouses on wheels. We've got your part.

What type of therapy will a spa provide?

How hot will the water temperature go to?
All UL Approved spas made for use in America are calibrated not to exceed 104 degrees. In the summer you can choose to keep your spa cooler for refreshing family fun and hot for those cold winter nights.

How often should I drain and clean the spa?
On average, about 3-4 times per year, depending upon usage.

How often should I clean the filter?
About every 3-4 weeks. Filtration is one of the most important features to research when shopping for a spa.

Do I need chemicals to treat and keep the water clean?
